Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Delicious Oatmeal Recipe
The Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach and Golf Resort is known for sun, sand and a championship Chi Chi Rodriguez-designed golf course. But many others know this resort destination location for a favorite breakfast recipe – oatmeal!
MyOmelet.com has received several inquiries about this delicious breakfast staple at the Dorado del Mar hotel. We had to reach out to the hotel and find out what the buzz was all about.
“I must say that 90% of our guests go up for seconds while at breakfast area, as I have witnessed it myself”, says General Manager, Marisol Colon. “Our cooks replenish the bowl at least three to four times during breakfast considering the high demand.”
The oatmeal is a unique creation by their Executive Chef, Salvatore Moscato. Hailing from Italy, this four-year veteran of the Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar saw an opportunity to liven up the breakfast experience. |

“I visited a couple of other hotels and the oatmeal was tasteless or bland. I wanted to offer the experience of being at home by serving hot, healthy and delicious oatmeal.”
This heavenly bowl of goodness owes its distinctiveness to the combination of coconut milk and real vanilla extract. The hotel was delighted to share their recipe.
