DIRECTIONS:
Combine first 4 ingredients in med. bowl. Beat egg, stir in milk and oil in small bowl. Add flour to mixture and stir until all lumps gone.
Lightly brush cooking surface with oil and cook batter until surface bubbles break. Check to see when pancake is golden brown by lifting up edge and checking underneath. Once pancake is golden then flip. Repeat process till batter is gone.
I use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to measure out portions of batter so pancakes are same size.
